Credit card orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of the the placement of the order unless the item is on a back order.
Money orders and checks have to be processed and clear Simply Sassy Lingerie's bank account before the order for your merchandise will be shipped.

Most of the merchandise you purchase from Simply Sassy Lingerie can be exchange or returned. *IMPORTANT* DUE TO HEALTH REASONS, SIMPLY SASSY LINGERIE CAN NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY MERCHANDISE COVERS THE CROTCH (EXAMPLE: TEDDIES/PANTIES/SWIMWEAR). - How soon should I receive my order?
If you order is being shipped with in the United States, you will usually receive your order within 3 to 5 business days unless the item is on back order.
If you order from outside the United States, you will usually recieve your order within 14 business days depending on if your item is in stock and where it is being shipped to.

- Holiday Return Policy for Christmas and Valentines Day.
Holiday Return Policy for Christmas and Valentines Day:
Returns or exchanges are extended during Christmas and Valentines Day.
Items purchased for Christmas between November 1st thur December 24th may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after December 25th as long as the merchandise is unworn or soiled, all tags attached, is unopened and in it's original packaging.
Items purchased for Valentines Day between January 15th and February 13th may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after February 14th as along as the merchandise is unopened in the original packaging, unworn or soiled and has all tags still attached.

- What are the ground shipping rates for purchases under $125.00 in the U.S. and how are they applied?
Ground shipping is $7.95 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item. If your order is over the minimum purchase price of $125.00, ground shipping is free.
Shipping charges for purchases under $125.00 will be added once we receive your order.
